What we collect

• Account information: name, email address, role, and course affiliation — needed to sign you in and show you the right course.
• Course operational data: everything you enter — tasks, spray logs, chemical inventory, equipment records, time entries, schedules. This is your data (see Terms §4).
• Location: your course's coordinates, used only to fetch local weather for disease, GDD, and spray-condition features.
• Technical data: basic login and error logs needed to keep the service running.

How we use it

We use your information solely to operate TurfCaddie: authentication, your course's features, support, and service notices. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for marketing beyond TurfCaddie itself.

Where it lives

Data is hosted by Supabase (US region) and served through Vercel. Weather data comes from Open-Meteo; only your course coordinates are sent, never personal information.

Cookies

We use only the cookies required for sign-in sessions. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing turfcaddie@gmail.com. Courses own their operational data; deleting a course deletes its records.
